I don't think I am alone when I say that I had several pallets posing as furniture in my dorm room back in college... loved the stuff. Several apartments and houses later, I have never forgotten about the shipping pallet's weathered charms. The store next door to me, Two Turtle Doves, made this incredible and MOVABLE pallet shelving unit last year that I have been secretly lusting over it ever since.
Lately I have been finding several DIY projects using pallets.. making me realize that they are not just for dorm rooms any longer. Take a look...

ReplyDeleteThis is so funny. About an hour ago, I walked out into our side garden and saw a pallet there. My husband must have brought it in with... something. Who knows what? I wondered what we could do with it and now I know! Thanks for sharing those!
